Columbia, MD - In a highly anticipated Region 20 showdown, Montgomery College fell 2-0 to the Howard Community College Dragons, marking a tough outing for the Raptors in a game where they struggled to convert opportunities into goals.
Despite the loss, several standout individual performances highlighted the Raptors' effort. Defender Kenjy Vertil-Dorelus led the team with 3 shots, 2 of which were on target, showing offensive initiative from the backline. Midfielder Ethan Goldstone and defender Mateo Munoz also contributed with 3 and 2 shots respectively, each registering a shot on target.
