Bio
Coach Carter began coaching volleyball in Montgomery County Public Schools in 2010 at Rockville High School. He joined the staff at Montgomery College in the summer of 2017. While at Montgomery College he has been a part of three regional championships, two district championships, and three appearances at the national championship tournament.
He recently completed a master’s degree in coaching and athletics administration at Goucher College in Maryland. When he is not coaching at Montgomery College, Coach Carter serves as a para educator at Walter Johnson High School in Montgomery County.
He has also served as the varsity softball coach at the school for the past seven years and has helped lead them to three regional championships and a state semifinal appearance in 2024.
