Raptors Open 2026 Track & Field Season at Salisbury
Salisbury, MD - The Montgomery College track & field team opened its 2026 outdoor season at the Salisbury University Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet, turning in a strong first outing highlighted by multiple top-three finishes. Montgomery showed early-season promise across field events, with several athletes opening the spring campaign with competitive marks and podium finishes against a strong field of collegiate programs.

Kendall Wideman II led the way with two runner-up finishes, placing 2nd in the high jump and 2nd in the long jump, giving the Raptors strong performances in multiple events.

Isaac Benavides added another podium result, earning 2nd place in the hammer throw with a strong opening meet performance.
