2026 Raptor Awards Celebrate Student-Athlete Excellence
The Montgomery College Athletics Department, in collaboration with MCTV and the Marketing & Communications Department, hosted an exciting evening this past Wednesday during the 2026 Raptor Awards, celebrating the accomplishments of Raptors student-athletes throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.
The event brought together student-athletes, coaches, staff, faculty, and supporters for a night filled with food, music, raffle prizes, and awards while recognizing both team and individual achievements from another successful year in Raptors Athletics.
Throughout the evening, student-athletes were honored for their performances in competition, academic success, leadership, and commitment to their teams and the Montgomery College community.
The night's highest honors included the Male and Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year Awards along with the Male and Female Student-Athlete of the Year Awards.

- Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year: Giovanna Serednicki de Avila (Volleyball)
- Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year: Jayden Mandler (Baseball)
- Female Student-Athlete of the Year: Janelle Orellana (Volleyball)
- Male Student-Athlete of the Year: Ian Pascal (Men's Basketball)
The 2026 Raptor Awards once again highlighted the continued growth and success of Montgomery College Athletics, celebrating the hard work and dedication shown by Raptors student-athletes both on and off the field.
